About the work
Distorted blades, handles and surrounding objects fill this amalGAN oil painting on linen.
Within amalGAN, generated images are repeatedly varied and selected using the artist's measured responses. A chosen image is enlarged by another AI and translated onto canvas by reproduction painters; a final system produces its title.
