Directed sound delivers a stream of personality compliments to a visitor’s reflection.
About the work
A parametric audio transducer is aimed at a participant’s reflection in a mirror. Four recorded voices continuously deliver a randomized selection of 121 positive personality adjectives.
The work was shown at Volta Art Fair in New York in 2014.
