Sixty identical clocks start together and gradually drift apart.
About the work
Sixty wall clocks were started simultaneously at the exhibition opening. Small differences in their mechanisms cause their displayed times to diverge as the work runs.
The installation makes variation visible within supposedly identical manufactured objects.
